飲食店の人気ランキングサイト「食ベログ」で業者によるランキング操作があった問題で、質問掲示板「ヤフー知恵袋」でも専門業者が飲食店の依頼で“やらせ投稿”を行っていたことがわかった。不正の横行で、匿名による善意の投稿に支えられる口コミサイトの信頼性が問われそうだ。
「ヤフー知恵袋」にやらせ投稿を依頼していたのは、東証１部上場の商社「ＪＡＬＵＸ」（東京）が羽田空港内で経営する飲食店。
同社によると、昨春、店側が「投稿請負業」を名乗る業者に依頼し、昨年４～７月、４度にわたって「ヤフー知恵袋」にやらせの質問と回答を書き込ませたという。
まず、「羽田空港内でお薦めの店はどこですか」と質問し、「空港で働いているので空港のレストランは詳しいですよ」などと一般回答者を装って「この店が一番いい」などと推奨していた。同社は「社会通念上許されない行為だった」と陳謝する。
